產品介紹：采用UHMWPE（超高分子量高密度聚乙烯）生產。
1.具有高強度耐腐蝕等特點，使用壽命長、灌裝、清洗方便。
2.適用性廣，可廣泛用于化工、石油、食品等行業(yè)的包裝。
3.質量可靠，產品試驗低溫跌落和高溫堆碼試驗。
4.運輸便利且可采用集裝箱運輸。
5.該產品增加了通排氣裝置，針對包裝具有揮發(fā)性的化學品，提高了產品運輸使用過程中的安全性能。
產品主要技術指標：
密封試驗：120±1秒時間內試樣傾斜45°，往復搖動20次不滲漏。
跌落試驗：環(huán)境溫度-18℃，跌落高度1.2米，不破裂。
堆碼試驗：環(huán)境溫度+40℃，堆碼載荷3個高，堅持堆碼28天，不倒塌。
Product introuduction:
1.It is made of UHMWPE (Ultra-high molecular weight and high densit polyethyl-ene).
2.It has such characteristics as high strengh and high corrosion proof etc.,provides long service life and convenient filling and cleaning.
3.It provides wide applicability and can be widely applied for packaging in industries such as chemical engineering, petroleum, medicine and food etc.
4.It has reliable quality, and the technical parameters in low-temperature drop test and stacking test of the product conform to
requirements of UN standards.
5.It is convenient to transported and is applicable for container transportation.
Major technical indexes of product:
Sealing test：Tilt and swing the sample to and fro in an angle of 45°for 120±1 seconds and there shall be not leakage.
Drop test:Ambient temperature:-18℃, drop height：1.2m，no rupture.
Stacking test：Stack up in an environment with a temperature of -40℃ and under a load of 3 high for 28 days without any collapse.
